Senior Recruiter – Satu Mare
Responsibilities:
• Coordinates with HR Recruitment Manager the entire recruitment and selection process for the company in Satu-Mare
• Explores new recruitment strategies, channels and solutions and implements recruiting best practices
• Works closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profiles and to understand the overall needs and requirements.
• Analyses the recruitment process performance in partnership with other HR functions, prepares the recruitment dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes
• Monitor the progress of the recruitment projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion
• Develops strong relationship with Recruitment Agency network and ensures an efficient and effective recruitment process
• Counsel staff and management on a variety of personnel recruitment related matters including: sensitive issues, personality conflicts and HR policy interpretation
• Manages posting of job vacancies on the best performing recruitment channels
• Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements.
• Use human resource metrics and statistical research, workforce planning and compensation to make informed decisions that solve recruitment business needs
• University Degree
• Min. 5 years experience in the filed of HR Recruiting
• Networking, interpersonal, collaborative and planning skills
• Influencing and persuading skills
• Structured thinking and analytical skills
• Acts in an authentic and enthusiastic manner
• Fast learner, able to quickly adapt to changing environment and various types of people
• Strong communication skills with a high degree of confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
• Adaptable and open to other cultures, values, ways of thinking
• Excellent English language ( writing and speaking )
• Passion for HR and strong personal values
• Project Management Knowledge
• Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Performance Management
