• delivers mid to top level profiles’ recruitment projects
• performs interviews with candidates in order to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment to enable the best job matching
• proactively sells candidates to appropriate companies and follows-up on this activity
• presents candidates to clients who meet their requirements and make interview arrangements, ensuring the candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements
• identifies, checks and measures competences of candidates
• searches / develops creative ways of implementing recruitment projects
• keeps necessary statistics for every realized project, based on accepted indicators
• provides feedback to all candidates, after completion of recruitment projects
• works steadily on archiving CVs pursuing the personal data protection legislation
• defines lists of top candidates
• develops a positive and lasting relationships with local candidates in the labour market
• creates / develops a database of alternative candidates
• maintains positive relationships with candidates and regular contact to gain commitment and ensure availability
• keeps close contact with other Adecco branches and participates in activities with other partners nationwide within Adecco group.
• works towards acquisition of new contracts and commercial activities
• represents Adecco through participation in trade fairs, career fairs, recruitment events etc.
• actively participates in meetings with clients, presenting Adecco’s permanent placement services in order to promote Adecco’s image and sources new business, as well as follow up on these activities
• knows the job market, its needs and potential
• continually seeks to develop the business within existing clients by identifying new sales leads
• knows the commercial objectives of the branch and is responsible for the implementation of the sales budget
• respects the company’s trade policy
• prepares offers and negotiates contracts
• builds, updates and uses a list of top clients
• performs a periodic customer satisfaction survey
• prepares data for KPI reports
• minimum 5 years of proven success in recruitment
• experience in recruitment on different positions
• experience in a direct search (head hunt) would be an advantage
• sales experience in HR services
• practical knowledge on methods of recruitment and selection
• very good knowledge of a wide variety of recruitment tools
• labour law knowledge
• extrovert personality, professional appearance
• flexibility, ability to work under stress
• customer, service & sales orientation
• P&L orientation, competitive approach
• advanced English proficency
• MS Office(Excel, Word, Power Point)
