Ensure that the company got access to as many positions on the client side as possible
Ensure that the position description was so detailed as possible and possibly terminology has been adequately explained (put together a job description of a new position within 24 hours of receipt of the position of the client)
Carry out interviews using all techniques for which the consultant was trained.
Ensuring necessary advertising to media advertisements and its accuracy (content and form).
Inform customers about new market opportunities, which could be beneficial for them.
Inform supervisor and colleagues about potential problems which occur in communication with clients.
Inform line managers and staff responsible for invoicing / billing the possible placements of candidates, credits, and DNS changes related to this matter, including shares or other matters that should be coordinated by finance department.
Fulfilling the set - pre-arranged weekly, quarterly and annual targets
Establishing new business relationships with customers, actively searching for business opportunities
Active communication and collaboration with other team members, as well as with colleagues from other departments and other branches of the company

High school or University degree
Fluent knowledge of English language
Previous experience from Recruitment / Sales or Psychology an advantage
