Competition tracking and market trends monitoring
-Leverage existing sources and collects information on competition performance, available products (prices, structure, sales processes) and strategic directions;
-Prepares competition and SWOT analysis ans runs on-going updates of products benchmarks;
-Provides information about main market trends and the position of the company on the market;
Customer insight and segmentation
-Leverage touch points with customers to collect customers’ insight;
-Sets up required processes and ensures that they are harmonized with the existing processes;
-Performs customer segmentation and link segmentation with available customer insights and helps driving / shaping CRM and marketing approach;
Quantitative and qualitative research
-Leads both internal and external market research;
-Drives research preparation and execution as well as ensures that research outcomes are properly shared with all interested parties;
-Holds responsibility for managing an assigned budget and prepares research budget plans. Optimizes costs and efficiency of the process;
Manage the customer service research
-Manages Customer Service research including: budget, technical set up, operators and overall process efficiency;
-It is responsible for sharing research results and delivering data on time , contributes to overall customer service awareness building by providing proper feedback to relevant stakeholders;
Data – reporting & analysis
-Manages existing marketing reports by delivering consistent data (unified definitions).
-Prepares inputs for local board meeting and other management information;
Budget management
-Prepares research budgets, execution and overall management of the budget;
-Minimum 2 years proven research experience within research companies;
-Research position in marketing department within large companies would be an advantage;
-Proven experience in full coordination of both qualitative and quantitative research projects;
-Proficient in English;
-Data analysis and compilation skills;
-Presentation skills;
-Research methods and techniques;
-Detailed market overview and trends understanding;
