The responsibility of Senior Tax Consultant will cover tax matters relating to corporate income tax and VAT of the Bosch entities.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Coordinating (countries) tax compliance, including queries from the (countries) Taxation Office, first contact and tax adviser in tax/GST audits and transfer-pricing issues between Bosch Group members
Ensuring compliance with tax payments and tax filing regulations (research and prepare tax filings as well as supporting documents, analyses)
Ensuring compliance with transfer-pricing policy and documentation (including coordinating transfer pricing teams)
Identifying and minimizing exposure to tax risks in the (countries) tax group
Providing support and advising business managements on tax implication of operations
Actively educating managers and relevant personnel on tax and GST issues (also, it may allow the identification of risks, the understanding of the impact of certain business models and the analysis of more efficient structures)
Assistance in providing country specific information and consultancy in international Bosch projects
Work with management and external advisors to identify, evaluate and recommend appropriate tax savings / planning opportunities and optimization of tax processes (e.g. lower the tax burden and reduce administrative costs)
Master’s Degree or professional qualification in Accounting and/or Finance, Economics, Management, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Tax Accounting or Tax Advisory area in a multinational context including 1-2 years of experience on senior consultancy level (e.g. Team Leader, Senior Consultant, Manager, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills – to have the ability to gather and handle complex information, compile briefs at fast pace and to communicate complex topics clearly and in a structured manner
Solid knowledge of tax legislation, international fiscal and regulatory best practices regulations
Strong applied skills, including financial analysis, modeling and document writing
Ability to work in teams (including virtual teams)

Proficiency Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access) and deep Excel skills
Proficiency in English (both written and communication), German nice to have
Nice to have: previous experience with SAP
