- Prepare and formalize the needs and specification of new training actions (or updating existing training) in collaboration with career management teams in order to ensure an appropriate response for the settled objectives
- Plan and organize training sessions included in the annual training plan
- Manage the relationship with the employees and is responsible for collecting the evaluations completed at the end of each training session
- Analyze the evaluations of the training sessions in order to make the necessary changes so that the training needs to be covered
- Manage the relationship with Operations and the managers in order to ensure the quality and the content of the trainings
- Provide training and coaching to the new trainers
Professional experience:
- University graduate
- Relevant experience in training
- Experience in delivering product training and sales
- Experience in creating support materials
- Able to understand and answer basic banking issues
- Experience in networking with internal and external customers
- Good knowledge of MS Office and presentation skills
- English – advanced level
- Available for traveling
- Driver’s license owner
