Work closely with a team that includes frond and back end developers, QA engineers and product managers to create simple, easy-to-use web product.
Brainstorm, research, wireframe, design and refine user experiences - all within specified product requirements and deadlines.
Develop and perform usability sessions with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback.
Gather data from multiple user research inputs to create and prioritize usability initiatives for all products.
Deliverables include wireframes, workflow diagrams, interactive mockups and prototypes.
3+ Years of Interaction/Usability/Interface Design for consumer and business products
3+ Years of experience, designing web applications is required
Web Sites and Web Applications (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
Mobile and Tablet Apps (iOS, Android) is a plus
Experience in developing approaches that translate into other contexts and across devices is a plus
Possess a thorough understanding of user-centered design principals with the ability to distill highly-complex user design issues into clean, understandable solutions
Demonstrate keen communication skills and be able to work with a wide variety of individuals
Be able to show a comprehensive portfolio of recent UI and UX work
