Responsibilities:
• Be available for all incoming calls/ faxes/ emails/ web requests
• Create and assign and where required, dispatch all service requests to appropriate personnel as per SLAs and defined processes to insure timely completion
• Assign work requests (preventative maintenance, routine service etc.) as required to appropriate personnel
• Provide necessary communication back to customers regarding service requests and service satisfaction
• Maintain and update databases with changes required in an accurate and timely manner
• Develop and assess work process strategies, make suggestions for improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum High School education
• Prefer minimum 1 year experience in a service or technical service center role or equivalent years of college education
• Fluent to native speaking in English and Dutch
• Prefer experience in HVAC, Fire, Security and/or mechanical systems
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• High attention to detail including accurate recording and management of data
• Excellent communication/phone skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed team environment.
• Operational planning and execution skills.
