RESPONSABILITATI

Primary Point of Contact for company's Client;
Responsible for the operational adherence to contractual requirement;
Responsible to drive ongoing continuous improvement to the business operations and results;
Shall have a team of support staff (Team Managers, Supervisors, Tech Leads, etc.) as needed to ensure that front line agents are supported adequately so as to meet contractual requirements;
Provides feedback & performance reports regarding the business to Client.


CERINTE

10-15 years experience in Tech support businesses;
Deep understanding of EMEA Market for Hiring and Service delivery;
Knowledge of Tech Support Voice business & Cloud Based Services & Applications;
Strong influential and leadership skills;
Good command of written and spoken English;
