GUARANTEE QUALITY SERVICE
Responsible to reach the service agreements in Branches with its clients
RECRUITMENT
Guarantee a proper dimension of CV data base and adapted to client needs.
Guarantee a continue activity in Branches, making visits, presents, phone following to encourage recruitment sources.
SELECTION
Guarantee the selection quality of temps/PP according with procedures established.
Guarantee the legal factors established and no discrimination.
Ensure 100% orders are delivered.
Follow up performance of internal personal
Increase active proposal of C.V´s to clients.
TRAINING
Guarantee mandatory training risk labor and medical examination for Temp staff
Guarantee properly induction training to internal personal.
FOLLOW UP CLIENTS SERVICE
Guarantee a proper follow up at the beginning of each service.
Guarantee a follow up and increase of TOP A+B clients (80% of invoicing) trying to get more market share on those clients shared. Service Balance, quality surveys, deep knowledge of needs, new projects etc…
Retention Ratio 70% clients
Impulse actions to satisfaction Temps: loyalty plan, surveys
