• Giving training to local presale, project implementation and/or configuration teams
• Writing guidelines and documentation about service configuration and delivery
• Technical background and knowledge – preferable Telecom
• Looking for a mid to senior person (min. 4 years experience)
• Cisco, Cienna networks , products like Carrier Ethernet
• Good communications and analytical skills
• Very good English (both speaking and writing); german would be a plus
• Self-starter and taking own initiative
• CCNP certification
• At least bachelor degree, master degree would be a plus
• Project management skills , leading and driving and taking ownership for E2E delivery of the service
