Monitoring the execution vs. Annual Operating Plan objectives, based on the key business metrics: revenue, gross profit and operating income;
- Supervizing the service sales team, ensuring that they develop long-term customer relationships, maximizing account penetration and customer retention with building owners; - Managing the service fulfillment team and its processes with the goal of operational excellence;
Optimiziting the Backlog for the country and manages the forecast;
Improving customer satisfaction index, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions and communicating with customers and staff as needed.
Minimum 5 years experience on a technical manager role in HVAC engineering;
Strong commercial orientation;
Technical university degree in HVAC;
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills;
Fluent English language.
