Shared Service Centre Director

On behalf of our client, world-wide corporation, we are looking for a SSC Director to join their international team in CEE region.
If you have experience in running a SSC/BPO we want to hear from you!
As the Shared Services Director you will ensure the SSC provides all business divisions with effective and efficient finance transaction processing services and ensure all transaction processing activities performed by the SSC are delivered in accordance with performance and quality standards/measures agreed with SSC customers. You will also ensure the SSC operating costs are within agreed budget.
To be successful in this role you will need:
A degree and a recognized Accounting qualification
Good understanding of, and experience in, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting & Control
Finance processes and process improvement
Extensive experience of managing a shared services centre, within complex, large volume environment
Experience of negotiating, and managing performance against, service level agreements
Customer focus and management
English language (written and verbal)
Experience of working in an international organization
