Metro Campaign Management (MCM ) is the standard application of the Metro Group based on Teradata Relationship Management and is used in more than 17 countries.
To the strengthening of our team, we are looking for a Second Level Support specialist in the CRM surroundings.
The main focus lies in:
- Analyzing and solving the incidents sent by the First Level Support
- Giving required support efficiently and effectively and in accordance with priority, impact and SLA‘s.
- Working in close collaboration with your colleagues / customers to ensure that service delivery to the customer is of the highest standard
Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL
Previous experience in technical support
Good Analytical skills
Good communication skills
Good command of English
