RESPONSABILITATI

The person will be responsible for assisting marketing activities for Central Europe region. For QS, this is a developing market and we need someone to come and support the current team by executing marketing campaigns (media partners, websites, and portals and sourcing new marketing channels) within those countries in the region. The successful person should be able to speak Romania/Hungarian.

Responsibilities
 Assisting with the overall production process of print and web advertising, editorial, below-the-line output (flyers, posters, etc.).
 Managing campaigns on social media. Creating content online via Twitter, Facebook and other relevant platforms and social media.
 Responsibility for managing the pre and post-fair communications with media partners (newspapers, magazines, websites, institutions, alums) and ensuring that have received all event-related information, and other media follow-ups.
 Creating HTML Emails
 Supporting the manager and the team with various marketing activities
 Maintaining and updating partners’ databases;
 Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;
 Evaluating marketing campaigns;
 Monitoring competitors’ activity;
 Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign;
 Organizing campus marketing campaigns in the key universities of the region.


CERINTE

•Verbal and written fluency in English plus Romanian/Hungarian is essential.
• A graduate or equivalent with solid practical experience in Marketing, Media and PR is essential.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• HTML coding experience, e-marketing experience, ability to create social media campaigns and create a community.
• Google analytics experience.
• Previous event marketing experience and understanding of media channels and sources in the region; an established contact network of media within the countries is an advantage.
• Excellent personal and communication skills.
