Job description
Code and deploy of .NET services;
Participate in architectural design of application including the 4.0 web site and web services;
Design, develop, test and support, C# and web based applications using various technologies. This will include various application components, web interfaces, web services and database processes;
Work closely with the project manager and product team to ensure timely completion of deliverables;
Participate in the introduction of new technologies into the application;
Work within the team to evolve our technical guidelines and coding standards;
Design and implement scalable solutions for business problems using best SOA practices;
Contribute to full software stack development from back-end APIs and data to front end web interfaces;
Write clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices (TDD, Agile methods);
Diagnose and fix bugs;
Contribute to CI/CD by deploying production code;
Work with other software developers, product managers, user experience designers, and operations engineers on a daily basis;
Mentor and guide less experienced team members to provide technical direction.
As a software developer at Evendo, you will be working in a high-energy team, writing great software by using the best software development practices in the industry today.
The ideal candidate has:
BS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years practical software development experience, preference for full-stack experience;
3+ years of experience developing enterprise applications with C# .NET 4.0+;
3+ years of experience in database design and programming in a SQL Serverenvironment required.;
Experience building software systems according to SOLID principles and following design patterns;
Excellent verbal and written communications in English;
Top candidates will have knowledge of the following:
Experience programming in, C#, or .Net and HTML5;
Experience with Services Oriented Architecture and RESTful web services development;
Experience with server-side web development, ideally on ;
Experience with AngularJS, ReactJS or similar framework
Knowledge of highly scalable, highly available web server architectures and databases;
Experience with MVC Framework but mostly .Net WebApi;
Used Cloud tech like: Amazon, DigitalOcean &Docker
Experience with Agile development practices (daily stand ups, planning poker, kanban board, retrospectives, etc.);
Experience with Agile engineering practices (test driven development, code reviews, pair programming, etc.);
Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery;
Demonstrated ability to solve problems;
Excellent analytical, communication, client-focus, and collaborative skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure, work with limited direction and documentation, and thrive under uncertainty.
