• Architecture design and development
• Ability to develop better architecture designs concerning: technology choices, better performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, security issues etc.
• To ensure that the architecture is flexible enough for new feature development
• To elaborate architecture specifications
• To refactor existing designs when needed
• To provide solutions when technology choices are to be taken or when architectural issues arise
• Capability of pointing out the pros and cons for the usage of different technologies / programming languages / architectures (“Silver Bullets do not exist”)
• To participate at project meetings (e.g. Scrum, agile software development practices)
• “Computer Science” academic professional education Mathematics and/or Physics academic education would be a great advantage
• Professional skills, actively developed during previous work history
• Professional certifications, courses etc. are seen as an advantage but do not constitute an absolute requirement
