• Support day-to-day activities for asset management and administrative tasks (asset management, stock assessment, facility topics)
• Ensure the matching process between assets received with a purchase requisition, purchase order and stores delivery advice
• Ensure that assets received are in good working order
• Collaborate with Financial Control for timely and quality fulfilment of the assets related documents.
• Ensure assets are readily available for stocktaking purposes and assist with the stocktaking.
• Ensure that assets are readily identifiable and records are kept of unique identifying numbers.
• Ensure assets are adequately secured. The level of security required varies for each asset, depending on such factors as asset type, value, attractiveness and portability.
• Ensure stock planning and assets inventory
Reports on company assets
• Responsibilities related to asset and facility projects development
• Relationship with the financial control department (commercial correspondence, solving disputes in respect of orders, delivery times and suppliers documents) for asset management
• Participate to budget and prices simulation administrative and facility department
• Assure the relationship with the landlord for managing the facilities and administrative topics
• Office logistics and furniture order administration;
• Assets and equipment order administration;
• Ensure yearly inventory, related documents and planning;
• Ensure back-up for procurement activities and contracts database;
• Support to all departments concerning administrative and facility activities;
• Follows any other similar tasks related to the business requested by the hierarchical superiors.
