RESPONSABILITATI

• Execution of the activities within the local IS department according to the agreed planning and with the agreed quality level;
• Assure the support of all information and communication infrastructure, hardware and software administration and management, all group-wide projects on site;
• Assistance at Reporting and Budget preparation;
• Preparation of CAPEX forms;
• Invoice control and allocation to accounts;
• Locates cost saving potentials by driving cost-benefit analyses and creates proposals for optimization;
• Support local organization in IS infrastructure topics;
• Maintain contacts with local suppliers and customers;
• Development of company’s IT infrastructure;
• Creation and updating of infrastructure documentation and user manuals and instructions;
• PC staging, replacement, disposal, software installation;
• Ensures compliance of central and local IT regulations;
• Create and execute Data Backup and Restore procedures;
• Monitoring of critical IT systems, assures performance measurements and improvements;
• Supports the implementation of new solutions, replacement of existing solutions and the implementation of new customers.


CERINTE

• Professional experience in IT administration;
• Bachelor / Masters degree in IT or Logistics (with experience in IT/ERP) or comparable education;
• Fundamental knowledge of MS Windows 2008 Server, AD administration and policies;
• Extended knowledge of LAN, WAN and WLAN technologies;
• Good knowledge of ODBC and MS Office applications as well as with VMware, SCCM, Software packaging (MSI & InstallShield);
• Knowledge and experience with software, hardware and computer network infrastructure in general;
• Fluent in English;
• Good communication skills;
• Analytical and problem solving capabilities;
• Availability for travelling in Europe.
