- Drafts, updates and adapts the Bank’s account plan and the related implementation instructions, in compliance with the laws in force;
- Drafts and updates the analytic structure of accounts as well as the centralized maintenance of the chart of accounts plan;
- Maintains the centralized financial administration of the chart of accounts directory in the Bank’s IT systems and, consequently, the centralized financial administration of the mapping rules existing in the inter-system interfaces;
- Drafts the accounting working instructions in compliance with the laws in force (relating to the Bank’s products and services) and based on the Bank’s internal procedures and norms;
- Presents to Department Head opinions regarding the operational processes on the implementation of new products and drafts methodologies aimed to ensure the internal controls to be implemented;
- Participates to the interpretation of the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and to the drafting of the accounting working instructions under IFRS;
- Participates together with other divisions in the implementation of various projects of the Bank;
- Participates to preparation and updating of the working procedures/ internal instructions against financial, accounting, tax and legal amendments when they come into force.
Economic University Degree
- Knowledge of banking operations and banking accounting - more than 2 years
- Experience working ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Visio, Power point)
- English language - written and spoken
- Responsible person, meticulous with initiative, able to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Thinking and analytical capacity of synthesis
- Ability to meet and work with information systems
