RESPONSABILITATI:
- identifica cerintele din caietul de sarcini,
- solicita oferte de pret pentru produse, piese de schimb si consumbabile,
- raspunde la intrebarile de clarificare din partea furnizorilor,
- efectueaza, cand este necesar, site visit pentru clarificare cerinte,
- intocmeste oferta de pret si normeaza activitatile cerute prin caietul de sarcini
- intocmeste oferta tehnica si finanicara/Business Plan,
- identifica riscuri din caietul de sarcini aferente activitatii de mentenanta.
CERINTE:
- studii superioare de profil
- experienta de minim 2 ani in activitatea de mentenanta pe echipamente HVAC
- cunostinte specifice: norme tehnice ISCIR, Normative proiectare instalatii HVAC. Reprezinta avantaj cunoasterea a cel putin unui echipament din urmatoarele: Chiller/Rooftop York, Trane, Climaventa, Lennox, Carrier, Ciat, Wiessmann, Buderus, Ferolli.

- Abilitati de comunicare si prezentare;
- Atentie la detalii;
- Capacitatea de adaptare;
- Abilitati de relationare cu clientii;
- Capacitatea de planificare si organizare;
