Handling of information calls and emails and providing context specific information;
Correspondence to the customer;
Handling of customer satisfaction survey calls;
Handling and payment of invoices;
Master data management for customer and contract data;

Native German (spoken & written), fluent English (spoken & written);
University degree and preferably 1-3 years work experience in a customer care center;
Stress resistance;
Autonomy and high sense of responsibility;
Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills;
Personal organization capacity;
Problem solving attitude;
Good MS Office Skills;
Proactive attitude, team spirit, empathic;
