We are looking for a Job Book Responsable.
Job Book is an application built in house and tailored to IISE needs.
Job Duties:
* Responsible for maintaining the application support and updating function. Monitors end-user usage of applications and performs daily administrative tasks.
* Checks, follows and enforce info competion in Job Book, PSS, Error Book and other related applications
* Keeps track of users in all this applications
* Follows-up training programs to be conducted to new hires, existing staff
* Participates in development projects for these applications
* Support for creating documentation / user manuals for the applications
* Collects feedback for improving the application. Acts as a front-line interface to users, accepting trouble reports and dispatching them to immediate superior.
* Ensures that all necessary information about day by day activities is fully collected and is
* Minimum qualifications include: a Bachelor\'s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education
* Related work experience plus at least 2 years of progressively responsible work experience in data warehousing, data base design, or institutional reporting to include systems assessment, design, and supervision.
* Candidates must possess superior communication skills and proven abilities to lead project teams and coordinate diverse end-users and technical staff towards strategic objectives.
* Has strong inter-personal skills; is capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally, has good phone skills.
