- Performs accurate and timely entry of orders into the ERP system
- Calculates and enters initial pricing at the time of order creation.
- Monitors and tracks internal customer orders to meet stores requirements
- Monitors orders using system reports and communicates progress
- Proactively communicates to resolve discrepancies in up-front data preventing accurate or timely order entry.
- Interacts with internal and external customers daily through clear and concise written and oral communication.
- Reports to Country Retail Manager
- Ensure ordering & logistics for 6 stores IT & Telecom (3 x Bucharest, 1 x Brasov, 1 X Cluj, 1 x Constanta)
- Generally 2 - 3 years of experience in area of responsibility (previous experience as a Buyer is a plus )
- 2+ years order entry and customer service experience preferred or any equivalent combination of education/experience
- Microsoft Office – Excel experience is a MUST
- ERP experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail a must
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task and work in retail environment
