Lead and manage the Billing Team.
Develop and implement short to mid-term tactical solutions for identified operational issues in a timely manner.
Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes.
Monitor performance for the implemented strategies.
Manage, maintain and improve business partnerships with the vendors to provide the maximum value for the business.
Schedule billing activities and develop bill run planning.
Report on success/ failures in a timely manner to IT/ CIO so that resolving actions can be taken if required.
Address the day-to-day incidents, in a structured an timely manner to IT/ CIO.
Be single point of contact/ resolution regarding all quality aspects of the billing activities, escalating to B&C Director as necessary.
Initiate, elaborate and support implementation for internal projects to improve the current Billing processes.
Identify, document, agree and progress strategic changes requiring procedural and/ or functional changes to the overall improvement and stability of the billing processes.
Perform various analytical tasks to identify potential opportunities within the business.
General Management
Manage the effective resourcing of the billing processes to ensure there are no gaps in the overall processes and revenue.
Identify skill/ training requirements for the team and develop/ agree plans to fix these.
Provide guidance and support to the billing team to ensure the function operates at its optimum effectiveness.
Leadership of the Revenue Services TEAM

Together with Human Resources manage all recruitment, performance issues and disciplinary matters.
Highly technical/ mathematical discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
Extremely effective communication (both written and verbal), organizational and project management skills
Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions
Proven ability to perform strategic planning and priority setting for a billing department
Skilled in financial assessment and P&L models
Have experience working as an individual contributor, flexible, open to suggestions, positive thinking
Very well organized, sharp; respects deadline and other companies procedures and regulations
Integration and dedication; openness and honesty
Focused on results; efficient; solves problems and overcome obstacles appearing on the way
Must have excellent ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MSProject)
5 years management experience – would be an advantage
2 -3 years work experience in billing with advanced techniques in a real world setting to solve business problems
