RESPONSABILITATI

Build strong and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and vendors;
Proactively engage business stakeholders to align supply management strategies and work to achieve business goals;
Consolidate vendor reporting, develop and issue performance surveys to support build out of scorecards;
Develop and maintain regular reporting focused on tracking performance, spend, and compliance to relevant expense policies for all consulting vendors;
Develop reporting and metrics that allow for actionable recommendations and data driven decision making;
Automate reporting processes as much as possible;
Work closely with customer to develop an integrated dashboard to capture a holistic view of vendor relationships that span across the enterprise;
Challenge status quo by proactively engaging counterparts within the organization in exchange of knowledge and indenting process duplications to refocus time and resources;

Job description:

• Reliable operation and maintenance of telephony infrastructure: Avaya PBX, IVR, Call recording, CMS. etc
• Provides third level telephony support for users by working closely with the IT Helpdesk team
• Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate reports as requested
• Follow the Change Management process for the changes made on telephony infrastructure
• Manages any problems with vendors and service providers
• Researches new technologies to be implemented in Europe
• Participates in planning and execution of system development projects
• Facilitates technical discussions with vendors on new or existing products
• Cooperates with IT personel inside the global organization and with IT departments of various Customers
• Supervises and mentors Telephony/IT Junior engineers working in the team across Europe, contributes to their personal and technical development


CERINTE

French and English Proficient user (C1);
Demonstrated experience of Strategic Sourcing practices;
Knowledge and understanding of the Vendor Management discipline;
Proven experience in reporting, creating scorecards and dashboards;
Previous experience with Direct Procurement/Sourcing in Manufacturing/Oil&Gas Industry;
University Graduate, Engineering background (is an advantage);
Good client management skills, ability to handle multiple stakeholders;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Good analytical and reporting skills;
Confident, Positive, Enthusiastic;
Ability to solve problems in a timely manner and respect dead-lines;

Ideal candidate:

*Strong and reliable technical knowledge covering the following technologies/products:
*Avaya Voice system (designing, installation, maintenance, administration)
* Call Center installation and maintenance (designing, installation, maintenance)
* Voicemail system
* Measuring/Reporting system
* Voice recording system
*Bachelor's degree in a Telecommunication / IT / Computer Science/ Engineering / Mathematical discipline or relevant skills or equivalent professional experience
*Positive customer service attitude
*Ability to interact with diverse customers in a multicultural environment
