We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person to fit into our team, as a Supplier Sourcing Specialist. Sourcing stock to feed both our large factory & our unique global B2B stock trading platform. In detail, the Supplier Sourcing Specialist contribution consists of:
- Use of specialized professional network Internet sites (eg LinkedIn) to source key contacts for targeted companies in specific categories including small domestic appliances, power tools, garden, consumer electronics and sub-categories within that eg coffee machines, white goods;
- Use of internet search engines to find potential sourcing agents and branded manufacturers to target;
- Find company web-sites and senior contacts within those companies;
- Frequent reviews of other competitors portals & traders mail-outs to see what companies are clearing stock;
- Update company profile and offers on the existing B2B portals accounts;
- Participate in cold calling campaigns for leads generated though 3rd party online channels;
- Manage and update contact information about the new contacts in our CRM system;
- Respond to online inquiries and phone calls from users;
- Report to Commercial Manager.
- University graduate or proven track record;
- Experience in B2B online marketing and/or e-commerce, preferably in an international project/company;
- Experience in customer service/telemarketing/online sales;
- A very good understanding and passion for the Internet and working in online environment;
- Proficiency in English - both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
- Fast learner, team player with a positive attitude;
- Results-oriented, capable to work under pressure;
- Internet literate;
- Understanding corporate structure;
- Organized and methodical with a high level of attention to detail;
- Intelligent, investigative, enquiring, tenacious.
