Job scope:
- Working in a International Environment to ensure effective solution delivery and support, high quality service support, striving and deploying standards in the respective areas of competencies.
Job responsibilities:
- Administrate (monitor and troubleshooting) hardware systems (servers, LAN, WAN), operating systems, databases and other infrastructure systems in the scope of the Competency Center
- Manage projects with a high impact in the Infrastructure of the respective Business Unit
- Design and document architecture for servers, applications, networks and optimize the regional infrastructure according to business needs
- Manage the relationship with related service providers
Education:
- University degree in the IT field can be an advantage
Experience:
- 2 years previous experience in similar positions for a environment of over 150 users
Competencies:
- Very good organization of work
- Responsibility, availability
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong documentation skills, problem solving skills and project follow up
- Good verbal & communication skills
Technical skills:
- Experience in administrating MS Windows servers, Active Directory (certification in this area can be an advantage)
- MS networking technologies, Ethernet based TCP/IP Networking Technologies;
- Can be an advantage the experience in one of the areas: Lotus Notes/SAN/TSM/VMWare
Languages:
- English language, good level, both written and spoken
