What are we looking for?
As a Spot/Tactical Buyer your main responsibility will be to conduct Sourcing process and contract negotiation with suppliers.
What will your job be about?
Conduct Opportunity analysis for spend management
Negotiating new contracts or contract renewals
Build on existing knowledge of external best practices
Interacts with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers
Will be required to reach out to different stake holders, gather information and even challenge stakeholders
Find innovative ways to simplify the reports and utilize time to identify newer ways to analyze the sourcing issues
Perform Spend analysis to support Category Management Process via any/all analytical tools and work towards standardization
Prepare compliance reports required by the organization for review & circulation
Offer analytical insights along with data skills and flare for technology
Effectively communicate with varying levels of stake holders / suppliers to gather information or educate the sourcing process

Creating RFx, Review, RFP Analysis, Vendor Analysis
Be able to extract information from various kinds of database and build desired reports
Ensure all transactions/activities are compliant with policies and procedures
2+ years of relevant work experience in a sourcing role preferably with indirect services experience
Ability to work independently, with limited guidance/supervision
Business knowledge and day to day understanding Sourcing and Procurement activities
Good communication and analytical skills.
Data analytics skills
Strong customer centric focus, relationship management with key stakeholders, persuasive, proactive and can do attitude
Good Command of English and Italian
