Develop new business opportunities on the Hungarian market through coordinating sales team outbound calls;
Work closely with our short-term account management team to ensure client service;
Secure new advertising clients by presenting customized marketing solutions;
Optimization campaigns for the existing and new clients – retention/activate;
Effectively ensure job tasks and target accomplishment for sales team;
Consistently deliver training on the job for new members of the team;
Fluent in English and Hungary – B2-C1 level;
High school diploma or equivalent; College degree is a plus;
1,5 years proven sales and preferably in an advertising sales/business development and/or online media environment;
Strong communication and analytic skills;
Proactive, organized, responsible, and having the proven ability to coordinate a team;
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape;
Proven technical ability with customer-relationship management programs (salesforce.com/ CRM);
