Represents and develops the company serviced/products in the prospect market (10 countries in Eastern Europe);
Identifies solutions to address the clients’ needs;
Has annual Business Review visits to strategic clients;
Oversees market competition (target prices; proposals, etc.);
Provides insightful feedback about the market and proposes ways of developing the client portfolio;
Manages the commercial margin, respecting the company strategy, and checks portfolio profitability;
Receives and analyzes the offer requests, negotiates prices;
Prepares the minutes and activity reports.
International experience in sales (in a Business to Business environment);
Technical formation (Electronics, Mechanics, Electrics);
English – Professional Level;
Availability for extensive travel and a driving license;
Customer orientation and cooperation;
Great communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to read, analyse and interpret technical, financial - accounting documents;
Ability to react and propose solutions for improvement;
Organizing skills;
Ability to sustain and finalize a project;
Autonomy, creativity, result driven and a can do attitude.
Preferred Qualifications and experience:
Second language - conversational level: French is an advantage;
Knowledge and networking of the prospect market.
