Your assignments
Supporting Project Manager with system customization (in database and backend) and product management
Prioritization and processing of client requests
Responsible for Technical Support and System Healthchecks
Applicant Support
User Helpdesk and User Training
IT / Project / Customer Services experience
Good skills in SQL and relational databases
Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs
Fluent German, in word and in writing
Independent and structured method of working
Further beneficial

Having spent part of your studies or working career abroad
