We are seeking for a passionate IT Specialist, willing to develop his technical skills and language skills working in an international environment. The candidate will be involved in providing high-level technical support, solve complex level of problems using broad and in-depth product knowledge. Provide solutions that satisfy customers which will involve strong problem solving skills, dealing with sensitive customers and mission critical support.
SYSTEM CENTER SERVICE
•Experience with computer server and system center (System Management Server – SMS/ System Center Configuration Manager – SCCM and/or Microsoft Operation Manager – MOM, System Center Operation Manager – SCOM) software and technologies
•Knowledge of SQL database administration and implementation
•Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, WSUS, scripting, networking (traces), WMI
•Strong working knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) it’s a must;
•Communication skills in international environment;
•Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills;
•Very good team player;
•Customer-oriented attitude;
