Wirecard Romania is looking for a coleague with basic knowledge and experience in software development, scripting (Perl, VBA etc.) and databases (MySQL), to strenghthen our team.
You will be in charge of technical setup, integration support, as well as providing assistance to existing merchants for technical related questions. The support will be provided via a ticketing system and it is primarily related to Wirecard’s acquiring, payment gateway & issuing products. Your role will cover these key areas: merchant support, merchant on-boarding and sales operations support.
Duties
• Integration support with regard to our product platform;
• Configuration of various set-ups in our systems;
• Support for the automation of set-up processes (using scripting, like Perl, VBA etc.);
• Documentation of solutions developed for customer support;
• Control and monitoring customer communication and message escalation;
• Direct customer contact for technical and product-specific questions or issues (2nd level support);
• A 24/7 support service in three shifts, early, late and night shifts, including weekend and public holidays.
Profile
• A good to very good understanding of technical issues;
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language;
• Basic knowledge of databases;
• Basic knowledge of XML would be advantageous;
• Professional experience in the IT sector would be beneficial;
• Independent analytical approach and work ethic;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English;
• Knowledge of German would be advantageous.
