• Take off quantities and prepare costing and budget for projects;
• Source for sub-contractors and suppliers and negotiate price with them;
• Prepare the materials to the tender process;
• Control the budget when doing procurement;
• Schedule material and equipment purchases and delivery;
• Prepare the agreements, annexes etc;
• Submit progressive claims and variation of orders to the client;
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor’s payment certificates and claims;
Adecco Permanent Placement is looking for its Client, a prestigious construction company , for a Technical Site Engineer, based in Bucharest.
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Architecture or relevant experience in the sector
• Good command of English
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in building or construction industry
• Knowledge of building materials, building regulations and H&S
• Knowledge of contractual procedures and responsibilities
• Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
• Ability to communicate with people at all level
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work alone or within a team
• Good organization skills and attention to detail
• Have good attitude and preferably with high level of initiative
