The Level 2 Support is responsible for the maintenance of a portofolio of clients that subscribed for online music and video contracts. The music and video devices are based on Linux or Windows.
Job Requirements:
Provide support services to all Mood Europe affiliates, sometimes being also directly in contact with our clients.
Follow up incidents where necessary (communicate with the internla departments on escalated issues)
Investigate and solve technical issues regarding hardware or sotfware failure.
Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of the online devices, using specific monitoring tools
University degree in Computer Science or related field
Good TCP/IP/Networking skills
Very good Linux and Windows command lines skills, Bash shell scripting
Good knowledge of MySQL database
Good knowledge of DHCP/DNS
Advanced knowledge in English ( written and verbal)
Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
