RESPONSABILITATI

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their business and be responsible for providing all first line support to their business users. The Technical Support Analyst will be accountable for ensuring that all applications and hardware are able to support business needs along with needing to build strong relationships with key teams in Group IT who provide outsourced infrastructure services.


CERINTE

-Provide first line application and hardware support to all levels of business users including Exec Level
-Raising calls and managing issues through to resolution with Group IT
-Technical support for business critical systems and applications
-Local infrastructure and Network support issues
-Printer/Fax Maintenance and Support
-Telephony including voice recording support
-New user creation and induction
-Shared drive support
