IT Support Tasks
• Handling Service Requests and Incidents coming from key users as 1st level support
• Creating Service Desk tickets as either an Incident, or Service Request
• Incident and Service Request Management including solving, tracking, communication and reporting
• Support/Educate internal clients on processes and procedures of the WebNimbus environment
• Ad hoc reports out of WebNimbus environment
• Check data consistency and start correction process
Test Engineering Tasks
• Prepare acceptance test cases for the requirements
• Execute acceptance test cases for the requirements
• Documentation of test cases results within HP Quality Center
• Manage defects on the issues tracker for the discovered defects
• Retesting bug fixes
• Adaptation of test cases after the implementation of functional changes.
Other:
External – clients, technology, competitors, market:
• Maintaining good relations with the internal and external clients;
Internal: cooperation, procedures, policies and best practices:
• Building good and cooperative atmosphere within the team;
• Implementation and act according to the internal processes;
• Close cooperation with software provider team.
Qualification:
• Master or bachelor degree IT, MIS, other Technical Studies
• Very good skills in MS-Office
• Very good knowledge of English (mandatory)
• Technical: SQL Server (T-SQL) and/or Reporting Services (or Crystal Reports) would be a plus
• Knowledge of German/other European language would be a plus
Experience
• Min. 1 year experience in relevant field of software development, requirements management and software testing
• Min. 1 year experience in maintenance and support on a production IT system
• Min. 1 year experience in testing of an IT system
