•Providing technical support for all internal software systems within our business;
•Understanding business processes and evaluating software configurations to identify ways to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency;
•Analyzing, reproducing, and reporting defects to the software development team;
•Creating documentation for the encountered issues to ease the work of the development and testing team;
•Ensuring that all above activities are conducted consistently and in accordance with company policies and procedures;
•Finding the appropriate solutions in a timely manner;
•Staying up-to-date with current changes and updates;
•Communicating with the QA Testing team to identify possible reasons for the defects.
•Experience in working with mySQL;
•Technical support/IT support experience;
•Experience in working with tracking tools- JIRA
•English - Fluent - mandatory.
