- Communicates with customers via telephone, written correspondence, or email with regards to finding technical solutions in a B2B environment
- Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with the customers and thoroughly documenting their cases
- Keeping the customer updated on the status of issue, as well as keeping the CRM system updated with current information on the case, recommendations and resolutions
- Abilities to deal with not only technically complex issues, but also the ability to address politically charged situations requiring the highest level of customer skills
- Prioritizes work based on time and complexity requirements
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows (2000/XP/Vista) and Mac IOS operating systems
- Good skills in Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience in work with Web Applications – Is a must
- Basic knowledge in used technologies: XML, HTML, FTP, PHP, JAVA SCRIPT
- Degree in computer science or industrial engineering (advantage)
- Fluency in English
- Russian and/or any other European language is considered an advantage
- Minimum 1 year of proven technical support experience, call center or a service center supporting computer software or hardware issues
- Strongly developed analytical and trouble shooting skills
- High level of self-motivation with a strong desire to solve problems and multi-task with priority
- Ability to collaborate technically with other groups
- Excellent demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to work part of a team as well as independently
- Availability for 24/7 shift schedule
- Quick understanding and learning abilities
- Ability to investigate complicated issues
- Ability to work with complicated systems
- Ability to work on several tasks in parallel
