TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST - BULGARIAN LANGUAGE
with the following resposibilities:
ISP skills: sign-up, install, connection, messaging (Chat, e-mail), navigation, online support, etc';
Escalates problems that are beyond his/her scope for resolution;
Ability to take responsibility for and manage own learning to achieve stated goals in a timely manner;
Responsible for efficiently and effectively solving issues presented by Customers;
Executes policy and procedures to resolve issues and offering suggestions to Customer within his/her defined support boundaries;
Can define or prove knowledge of the following terms: Device Manager, Driver Rollbacks, USB Speeds, PCI Express and PCI cards, ATX Motherboards, IDE Devices, SATA Hard drives, Hibernation mode, Ports, Networks, Partitioning, IEEE Firewall port, Resolution, Data transfer, VGA PCMCIA;
Working knowledge of microcomputers running the current versions of the Windows operating system;
Functional understanding of home networking hardware and configuration;
Can correctly define concepts of a network such as: router, ISP, IP address, hub, Ethernet, 802.11g, WEP Key, Proxy Server.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
Proficiency in a multi-system environment;
Previous experience working in similar technical support role (preferable HW manufacturers);
Previous experience supporting Customers in a Customer facing, applicable environment;
Strong people skills: Ability to navigate difficult situations and stay calm under pressure;
Solutions mindset: passion to find the right solution for Customer, and resolve the issue overcoming obstacles; good cost-efficient decision making;
Excellent time management: ability to multi-task to solve issue for Customer, while managing time;
Polished delivery: ability to communicate in a structured and effective manner;
Quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively;
Ability to multi-task while effectively communicating with field techs, vendors, Customers and consumers.
