The Technical Training Expert is responsible to develop and conduct technical training courses, responsible for defining curriculum solutions, customizing courses according to the customers and business needs. Works on project teams with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features and technical accuracy of course contents, utilize course feedback and evaluation to improve existing courses.
The TTE has a wide range of activities:
• Analyze training needs
• Define curriculum solutions including customization
• Develop and conduct technical training courses (ILT, e-learning and blended)
• Stays updated regarding latest training and educational concepts, technologies and delivery methodologies
• Works on project teams with engineering, project managers and technical support
• Prepares delivery of assigned lesson plans and prepare the lab sessions
• Utilizes course feedback and evaluation to improve existing courses
• Bachelor’s degree or higher degrees – preferably in the technical or the education fields, relevant experience in training technical and/or field support personnel, good in technical Course Development.
• Must be fluent in English – capable of writing technical materials in English, delivering technical courses in English. Fluency in additional languages an advantage (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese …)
• Strong background in at least one of the following fields:
o Radio Technologies
o IT / Data communications
• Proficiency in MS Office is required. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat & training design tools preferred.
• Experience in training operations personnel on central office network, element installation, and maintenance is preferred
• Good attendance is required.
• Ability to get along with co-workers and supervisors.

• Willing to travel on a regular basis
