Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories;
- Maintains and improves quality of installation, documentation by completing system compliance and surveillance audits; investigating customer complaints; collaborating with other members of management to develop new engineering designs and training methods for all realated entities involved in the project;
- Prepared quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information including failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations;
- Recommends corrective actions and monitors corrective action activities in progress;
- Assures all deliverable material meets policy and contractual quality requirements;
- Respects and applies the work safety procedures, firefighting and health procedures for all entities involved in the project;
- Coordinates system and material audits to ensure adequacy and compliance with established quality control methods, procedures, and contractual requirements. Gives technical guidance and direction to lower level quality control personnel;
- Coordinates with customer quality assurance personnel on quality matters within assigned scope of responsibility;
- Prepares and/or reviews QA policies, procedures, instructions and other informational material;
- Attending meeting for the analysis of the activity regarding the reports to the technical dept. management on the situation and progress of the assignments;
- Any other tasks may be assigned by direct supervisor or department head;
- Reporting to Rollout Manager, Project Manager, Vice-President/ Technical Director.
At least 2 years experience on a similar position;
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication / Radio will be a plus;
- Knowledge about ZTE's equipments and tools is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must.
