The Engineer works as a member of Support and Delivery team for product implementation, enhancement and integration projects
Provides expertise in all technical aspects of the project, application design expertise and technical leadership for the customization, deployment and design
Troubleshoot technical issues that arise when working with the product and/or client systems
Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone, E-mail, web, remote session and on-site
Obtain vast knowledge in software installation, functionality and configuration
Availability to travel withinRomaniaand abroad
Education: BSc/BA in Computer Science or Engineering

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and efficient to meet deadlines
Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Fluent English (verbal and written) – Must
High self-learning skills, with willing to learn new technologies and methods
Strong analytical skills
Good team work
Technical:
Contact Center Experience, not less than 2 years
Preferable knowledge on NICE Recording Framework
NICE Recording Trainings or Certifications would be a PLUS
Telephony: Basic knowledge of TDM, VoIP Architectures
Knowledge in servers (OS/HW)
Knowledge in various PBX
Experience with DB queries
Knowledge in DB
GUI Experience/Knowledge
Programming Skills: Basic Java, Basic SQL, .NET would be a PLUS
IVR knowledge and experience would be a PLUS
At least one year experience in technical support
