RESPONSABILITATI

This position provides leadership for a distributed team of telecom engineers delivering telephony services for PwC users across CEE region, with the responsibility for successful implementation and operational management of the Telephony service and strategy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage digital and analog telecommunications equipment and services;
• Effective operation in respect of operational policies and procedures, performance management and reporting and meeting defined SLAs;
• Technical support and service delivery of the telephony service with a high standard of service and support;


CERINTE

• 5+ years professional experience in IT telecom;
• Effectively manage a high performing team of 2 telecom engineers;
• Expert experience managing telephony systems from Avaya and other vendors;
• Expert knowledge of T1/E1, PRI, ISDN, and SIP technologies;
• Relevant certifications are desired in Avaya CM;
• Basic project management skills;
• Good knowledge and experience working within ITIL standards;
• Written and verbal communication skills in English;
