Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- industry research contextually relative to current projects;
- building and maintaining a solid lead base of prospective clients;
- mainly phone – based role, sourcing and contacting delegates within specific parameters (industry, region,size);
- inducing working relationships with senior level decision makers: from CEOs to Director level,as well as nurturing and maintaining any existing relationships;
- working as part of a team while simultaneously motivating yourself to achive personal goals;
- consistently meet and exceed delegate registration targets on your allocated events;
- developing awareness of the conference through your ability to convey value and need;
- attending training sessions as part of an ongoing career development plan, with the conscious aim of implementing new sales techniques within your day-to-day activities.
