The Role:
As a Telesales Representative you will work as part of a team contacting senior level managers, VP’s and CEO’s from across Europe and offer them the opportunity to participate at our events. You will have the chance to facilitate learning and networking opportunities, as well as business relationships between major players in the industry.
What you’ll be doing:
- researching and understanding the industry sectors you are covering to develop great relationships with the event target market;
- establishing contact with key decision makers and deliver a compelling and intelligent sales proposition fully compliant with company requirements;
- ensuring effective sales communication throughout the sales proposition, closing deals and ensuring that our events reaches customer expectations at all levels;
- communicating with all areas of the business in ensuring client needs are met and achieved;
- maintaining the company CRM system, ensuring that all information is accurate and relevant and recording all activity;
- attending training sessions as part of an ongoing career development plan, with the conscious aim of implementing new sales techniques within your day-to-day activities;
- learning the art of a professional sales presentation;
- providing ongoing constructive event feedback to production and marketing team on a regular basis;
- working as part of a team while simultaneously motivating yourself to achive personal goals.
Requirements for the role:
- demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English;
- solid online research skills;
- team player spirit and contagious positive attitude;
- outgoing and friendly, with a polished phone presence;
- relationship building skills, with the ability to adapt to the environment;
- coachable, trainable and willing to follow a proven sales process;
- highly organized and able to demonstrate excellent time management;
- demonstrates a positive mindset and be solution focused.
