The Tender Coordinator Position produces the commercial, technical and supporting documentation to compile tender proposals in hard and soft copy for any required formats. This role is responsible for the ultimate end product quality control and ensures full compliance with customer tender compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating the professional submission and preparation of tenders
• Ensure compliance with Tender Preparation and Review Standards
• Maintains and updates a running database of submitted tenders with clarifications, negotiations, meetings, etc.
• Deliver the Tender Proposal in any format anywhere on time
• Focal point for document administration and management in the Contracts function
• Promotes and monitors the tender procedures. Identifies and proposes improvements to existing tender workflows
• Responsible for the archiving of all tender files within the system and ensures compliance with filing/security procedures
• Participates in presentations and workshops on Tender-related matters when requested.
• Updates tender sales stages in the system
