- Sensory product assessment (compared to the benchmark)
- Creation of product specifications (including supplier certificates)
- Initiating a product examination before listing at accredited institutes (expert opinion – marketability certificate)
- Recording of all supplier contact information (emergency data – supplier self-disclosure)
- Routine conduction of sensory product assessments (benchmark tests)
- Routine conduction of product assessments at accredited institutes (expert opinion) for the verification product quality and safety (by verifying product specifications)
- Reporting and claiming quality defects
- Definition of actions and measures and monitoring of their implementation
- Crisis management
- Store, warehouse and supplier audits (checklist)
- Continuous updating of existent documentation according to external and internal standards
- Adaptation and implementation of international projects according to country specifics
Transfer of Knowledge and Trainings
- Creation of training concepts for the transfer of knowledge pertaining to the subject of hygiene and clothing materials
- Organisation and implementation of training courses for store employees based on the hygiene standards and clothing materials
- Securing well-planned, timely, and permanent reporting to the Board and also a positive cooperation with functionally relevant Departments of the Group
- Efficient induction training of new employees in quality management
- Securing the necessary level of qualification of the employees by means of targeted training measures

Requirements:
- Knowledge of clothing manufacturing process, materials and quality control is a must
- Completed university degree in technical
- Several years of professional experience in the retail
- Advanced English
- IT knowledge (MS Office)
- Social skills and the ability to work in teams
- Analytical and organisational skills
- Leadership, assertiveness, strength in negotiations and persuasiveness
- Communicative personality, creative, innovative, and willing to learn
- Willingness to frequent travel overseas for sampled quality control of the goods
