• Together with the Shopper Activation Team will be involved in organizing relevant and impactful shopper actions adapted to the profile of each retail channel to drive differentiation and sales efficiency.
• With the support of the Shopper Activation Team will be responsible of coordinating through efficient communication both internally (Sales Team) and Externally (Creative & In-store Agencies, POSM Suppliers) with the purpose of flawless in-store execution with instant reaction to deviations from plan.
• Responsible for weekly follow-up of implemented actions’ restults (during campaign) and final evaluation (at the end of campaign) proposing recommendations to Shopper Activation Team.
• Responsible for in store competitveness by supervising and centralizing the competitors' activities on the market, with the support of Field Sales Team.
• Budget control of his/her projects (responsible of Purchase Orders, budget centralization per type of action); Managing Sampling orders etc.
• University degree, preferably in economics or business administration
• Minimum 6 months experience, preferably in an in-store agency (or related to in-store activities) or in a multinational FMCG company is a plus.
• Self-driven, able to operate effectively in the context of a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy
• Multi-tasking abilities with the capacity of prioritizing while working on various projects at the same time.
• A learner, willing to invest time and effort in further building his/her proficiency.
• Business oriented, yet able to follow the discipline of correct process and methods in face of day-to-day urgencies.
• Highly effective in working with others, both inside and outside the organization.
• 5%, most within Romania, for Sales Conferences and market visits
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
